Nicole Marie Garrish
Welcome to the website dedicated to preserve the memory, and to continue the charitable and joyous spirit, of
Nicole Marie Garrish (1989-2012). Nicole was known for her bright smile; some would even say it was a smile that would light up a room. She was the loving daughter of Anna Marie and John Garrish, sister to John Garrish Jr., and friend to everyone she met. She had the most contagious giggle, and no one loved to laugh as much as Nicole. More than just a people person, Nicole always tried to be the best friend that she could be to everyone; caring and considerate of other's feelings, she put everyone else first, acting as a role model to those younger than herself, volunteering and giving back to her community.
Nicole was a former Girl Scout, Boca Jet Cheerleader and Volunteer Junior Coach. She cheered competitively since she was 9 years old on both Champion All-Stars and Miami Elite All-Stars. She loved to play lacrosse and was captain of her cheerleading squad at Boca Raton High School, where she was a Graduate of the Class of 2007. She continued her education at Florida State University, where she was a Marketing Communications Major. And as a dedicated sister of Tri Delta, Alpha Eta Chapter at FSU, she loved to run 5k charity events and was active in raising money for St. Jude's Children's hospital. She was a proud Graduate of the Class of 2011.
After graduation, Nicole was employed at Cox Reps in New York City. Although she didn’t have the opportunity to work there for very long, she left a huge impression on her co-workers, and all she came in contact with. We miss Nicole tremendously, and put together this website so that her light can continue to shine to those who had the huge Blessing to know and love her, as well as those who didn’t have that chance. Her smile continues to shine on us all.
